When I run: kudzu -p, it give my many information, but don't show nothing about the driverĭesc: "Broadcom Corporation NetLink BCM57788 Gigabit Ethernet PCIe"Ġ2:00.0 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetLink BCM57788 Gigabit Ethernet PCIe (rev 01)įlags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 11 I now that the kernel identify this network. I was searching for it, but did find enough information to make it work. I was thinking about manually configure this interface, but I don't have much knowledge on how to do this. When I was installing the ClearOS it didn't detected the BCM57788 NIC and even let me configure as a gateway server.

I forgot to verify it was detecting fax/modem card. It worked with no problem with this network card. Then I installed Ubuntu to make a test if it detect something. Now I bought a desktop computer to use as my ClearOS server (Dell with Broadcom BCM57788 onboard NIC) and put a Realtek as a second NIC, neather my Fax/Modem (connexant chipset). I'm was testing ClearOS with VMWare for a few days and liked it.
